Gears of War: Judgment leak ultimately a 'good thing' for Epic Games

Quote:
Jim Brown discussed how he sees the leak as a potential positive. "From my perspective, that tells me people are excited--that they want to get their hands on the game, which is a good thing, right?"

"I think that's ultimately going to be good for us," added Brown.

"I'm trying to look at it from the perspective of, ultimately, that if somebody is that interested that they feel the need to do that and risk their entire life, well, okay."

But what about the rest of the Epic Games team? "Obviously people are upset about it," concedes Brown, but adds that Microsoft and Epic have "got it covered, it's taken care of. Things are happening."

Is that early access demo uploaded somewhere? Smile

Just a heads up.. the demo is not linked to an account. So the pen drive thing works.

Old and boring. At least I have not liked it compared to fantastic trilogy

personal IMO :

Gears 1 to 3 where a story driven TPS , you never where locked in small rooms, you always moved forward or explored ... well it was a tps !

this game is nothing more then a BOT co-op Multiplayer game ... your always locked on small tiny maps.. always defending ,attacking, killing something they point shit its so repetitive its bleh and when you complete one objective your teleported to another map

how can i explain it more... OH i have a perfect example LOST PLANET !!! part 1 was a story driven TPS and part two was craptastic co-op game of defending ,attacking, killing something they point shit on small TINY MAPS Laughing

The small set based objective totally destroyed this game, Aftermath was better than campaign

Ah yeah, i heard there are a lot of tower defence-like sections in campaign. It's a must to be played with friends, otherwise i can see it being pretty bad.

it wasnt an epic campaign like the last games, but it was definitely the best one for coop when tackling the de-classified missions since these would be so brutal at times that it felt like playing an old-school shooter from 98.
had alot of fun in coop.

Is this definitely XGD3?

The PAL release on ABGX.net does not have 'XGD3' next to it ... but it is 8.74GB. Am I right in thinking the XGD3 are bigger disc images?
