Watched that video ... Wow. They live up to the stereotype 100%. Also, they failed the moment they played an FPS with a controller ...
The FPS has a preferred input method: m+k. Everything else (thus far) is derp.

Installed it, never touched it.
Every time I go with my mouse near it I automatically skip it, dunno why, I somewhat enjoyed the campaign.

I've tested it at last free weekend but this time I'll pass. Maybe one day I will grab it for $10 or less just to play SP. MP is just so bad.

So, the free weekend is almost over and just a couple of hours ago I decided to install and try this out.
It's quite fun, but I'm not paying 40€ for it. I just re-installed CoD4 instead and that's ace.

any solutions for the no sound issue? installed game, then update 3 (skidrow). In fact, the "sound device" selector is missing on my audio settings screen altogether, but I have all the other settings available to configure.
