get over it with the stupid kiddy comments.. post constructive comments if you like the game or dont post at all, who cares about your post count..

Anyways the last trainz was in 2004, i hope they added lots of functionality, i cant wait to post a 2006 map on the official forum, though 3.6 gibi is tough for my connection.

Im not fluent in english, sorry..

yeah it's a pretty big one, 5 CDs. I understand this is a more of an arcade game compared to MS Train Sim?
I'm gonna give it a try...

Is it real time ? Will i have to full throttle for many hours to reach the end of the track for a big smash up ? Or can you fiddle with the track points for a nice head on ?

I looked up "gormless" in the dictionary, it said "without gorm" .... so i looked up "gorm" but it wasn't there ????

maybe you dont have to shovel the coal into the train engine on this one?
or perhaps you taps the keys rapidly for your trianspotte,r with small round specs and a mackintosh raincoat, to run by the trackside?

I don't see the difference (SI just resied them)...
http://www.strategyinformer.com/pc/trainzrailroadsimulator2006/screenshot-viewer.html?id=106034
http://www.gamershell.com/pc/trainz_railroad_simulator_2006/screenshots.html?id=6

http://www.strategyinformer.com/pc/trainzrailroadsimulator2006/screenshot-viewer.html?id=106042
http://www.gamershell.com/pc/trainz_railroad_simulator_2006/screenshots.html?id=14

If you click on images on GH3D you will see full size ones, not resized.

The ones from SI are looking much better, and yes, when you click on the images on GH3D it looks better, which I forget in my speed to do Very Happy

Remember this is a simulator and not a arcade game.
2004 was quite cool, i like the way you can give orders to sevaral trains and manage them instead of driving them all the time too.
It's pretty big indeed, but i will check it out, i think i'll like it since im into simulators etc.
It's nice to play after you have overplayed FPS games

Yet again this game feels like its unfinished. Just like Ultimate trainz did... I dont like it!

The sound is messed up in many aspects..

The sky is starry but yet theres lightning in the sky lol...

If ur going to add passengers make them full 3D like the rest of the world please! Not like cardboard cut outs.

The amount of driver sessions that are pre done is a joke really, for 5CDs its shameful the amount of content that is premade.

Overall the game feels rushed and far from polished!

Only "Bug" I found in game was that the sound was fucked up some times / places..

Beside that, it's a very nice game!
I enjoy it, and I'm gonna play it all day tomorrow!

I difference is with the limited edition you get some sort of train movie and it's on dvd, nothing much more for the scene release.

If you buy the limited edition, you get a keyboard overlay, printed 200+ pages manual, 6 months instead of 3 months download ticket.
