...until you get fucking sunburn it's not fun at all 
I only go one time a year to the beach, its at start of the summer, get sunburn and never go back there again 
I put that sun cream level 50...and went for a swim applied level 30..but forgot to apply it on my legs again...and I think I need a list of burn centers
it soo painful

Haha don't worry it's all normal, been there done that a couple of weeks ago with ridiculous and painful results despite my Mediterranean complexion..so it's even more normal for a pale kurwa like you  
A cool shower, some lotion, an aspirin and voilà, you'll be ready for the summer again in no time xD

First of all, you, as I am, are white boy xD That means we get sunburns if we don't stay out of the sun 
The key is moderation, and early tanning For instance, when I feel like it, I go to my back garden, and for a good half an hour I get a tan (in my shorts with my music player). That way, I don't get burned when I go to the beach in a few months
Old remedy is yogurt, but I'd go to the pharmacy, and get me some aloe vera and marigold creme

i went full retard and forgot how to sun
11:00 am to 4:00 pm, pale as a motherfucker, first time out, shorts only
of course i forgot my blockers
true definition of motherfucking pain
the funniest thing is how one acts while under such annoying pain.
i keep kurwa`ing at my poor girlfriend all the time.
It's worst at night, i'm half awake all the time having nightmares about "programming" the pain in my back (yeah it doesn't make sense).
At day i use the window spray thing with cold water in it, keeping a big fan on my back + ibuprofen.
It's better than cold towers because cold towers evolve to hot towels in a matter of seconds.
I'd reaaaaaly recommend you to try it. And the fan too if you have one.
Yeah, and moisturizing ! It's very important ! I didn't the first two days because it was to painful and when i stretched my skin a bit i thought id die.

If you have prickly heat, don't have a cool or cold shower. Have one as hot as you can stand it to open the pores on your skin. But yeah, sunburn is not nice although this year I'm a nice shade of brown. Little n often I've done instead of one big dose.

you have a sunburn and you CAN'T stand anything warm on your sking ? Pour hot water on your skin !

I agree you went full retard on this one.
But luckily I had tshirt entire so I only sun burn my legs and it sucks to walk, especially I try to walk and skin stretches so painful
I have Aloe Vera. But my mom had Panthenol and she later went and bought it some cream that worked out pretty well. Can't find corresponding name for it.
So far it's better but walking still causes so much pain |
