Damn, that sucks man. Good to be warned though (thanks), so I don't screw up with a second credit card (not mine) I could be using soon to fill the wallet. I won't try that until after the summer sale is finished! There should be a lot of market movement in those days.

For anyone more into trading how much is a foil card worth over a normal one? Could I trade a Dota 2 foil card for lets say 6 normal Dota 2 cards?

About my one week market denied access for using a new credit card :
Finally I got an answer from Steam "support" :

It is not like if I bought more than 100 games since last year and have Steam Guard on since november 2012... 
Also, this answer have NOTHING to do with my ticket at all.
It seems like they even didn't read my ticket properly.
So I confirm, Steam support are useless fucks.
