Soo, this weekend i went to my wifes cousin house,to help her out with car problems, i went alone, after working the car problems out, i went to her house to give her keys,it was 4pm, so she invited me to have a beer and a sandwich, she is married, but , she appear to me with a mini mini skirt,and a thight blouse , im a man, almost felt like grabbing her from behind.
 , im a haply married man, but whats she thinking alone with me wearing that type of clothes.
and she allways complain about her husband that doesnt give her attention.

Quit projecting, mate. I don't remember going around and telling people what they can/can't wear, it's not my business and concern at all, I just know enough about women to recognize what they want to accomplish in certain situations. There's a thing called "seduction" (well, maybe not in Switzerland) and women have been using it from the dawn of time. What's really sickening is that you try to apply politically correct thinking to every life situation, which is just plain dumb.
And noone said that OP's woman always wears sexy clothes, but in this situation (if he described it correctly) she certainly didn't wear that because all of her other clothes was at the laundry.

Sin seriously, when you're out with friends or whatever, do you act like this? A girl dressed in a miniskirt goes by and a friend starts checking her out saying how hot she is. Do you start screaming at him why can't a women go out without some man checking her out just because she's hot and showing some skin?
If for 2 seconds you'd stop projecting your problems on people you'd actually see the OP isn't complaining about women wearing miniskirts, he's complaining about his cousins WIFE wearing them when he's there and they are alone. The complaining about her husband doesn't help either. I'd feel uncomfortable too.
