Define running fi--- ah fuck it, I can't be arsed to start this shit again.
It's known to have performance issues like framerate drops and stuttering on some more than decent machines even taking into account it really doesn't look that much better (at all?) than P1, it's relatively well known that it's a poor port (at the very least).
Just like in P1 it has NOTHING that would justify it not running locked @ 60fps in most machines without any framedrops whatsoever.

Prototype 2 ran fine for me, the first game was painful at times, no issues with the 2nd game at all. I played them both with a 260gtx (P1 on a Q6600 and P2 on an i5 2500k, 1680x1050)
The only thing I didn't like in P2 was not playing as Alex Mercer, the gfx are much better and it's just a better game. If anybody liked the 1st game they should enjoy it.

hm... interestingly enough Metro LL doesn't seem to be locked anymore... there was a RU version back when it was released but that seems to be gone now?
