I mean, fuck you. How dumb are you NL users that you have to rerelease 128937012873 times the same shit with fucking subs, instead of just going to a site and downloading fucking subtitles? Even worse, now there are apps that download subtitles for you.

German dub is at least put on foreign category, so my filters catch these. But the NLSub is in English  so they appear.

Categories? 
Just fucking filter them out. I do.
And they're usually either separate SRT files or embedded in the container, in which case any remotely decent player will allow you to turn them off (and in most players you can just set your preferences to not load any subs anyway).
What's more annoying is that for some reason a lot of our countrymen still create DVD5 releases for TV shows. With custom subs. And shit menus. And loldvd. |

I filter out non-HD content.
And yes, if you have a good indexer, there are categories.

How is that annoying? They don't show up in my filter anyway, and i presume you filtered them out as well?

Then it's your indexer that should just add NLSub as a tag to put it in the foreign category. An indexer does nothing more than applying "some" regular expressions so it's your indexes that should update its regexes.
Saner's sorts it properly into foreign at least
