Let's get real for a moment, for a woman that size its almost impossible to beat up a man that larger than her. Not to mention she beat him up like in some Jackie Chan movie, that's not how streetfights look.

Is the video real or not ? Who knows. It can be, maybe its staged for some viral ad. But is it possible to be real ? Abso-freaking-lutely.
I've a friend, a girl, who is like 55kg or something, like 1.65m or something, and she trains in muey thai, and she can kick most guys head off without even making an effort lol (or strike with fists and elbows etc).

Can anyone who lives in russia explain wtf is going on there? Are the roads that slippy? Noone gives maintenance to brakes? Everyone is drunk? I dont get it. I see some wet road and rock road crashes but some of them....

There are several reasons for high amount of accidents, i will list some of them, in random order in no relation to this video but just general cases:
1) Ease of obtaining license. Unfortunately, due to high level of corruption, it's quite easy to buy driver's license in CIS states without having to actually know rules and how to drive.
2) Ease of keeping the license. Even if you getting stopped by road police for violation, you can easily bribe your way out for amounts that are 2-3 times less then official fee and keep your license on top of the deal.
3) Speeding and lack of proper training. There are people who got their license quite some time ago and who were learning to drive on some USSR look-like-car-junk and when they get behind the wheel of modern powerful cars then just can't handle it. What on old car seemed like "oh its speedy" while driving 60 km per sec in modern car is around 120+ km per sec, and driver simply never was taught to handle car at that speed. Put it on top of general recklessness and you get what you have.
4) Road condition. Road conditions are horrible, both in cities and highways. Since most of moneys meant for road repairs are stolen by corrupt local authorities, the actual result of repair lasts till first rain or snow. Then roads look like after bombing again. But noone gives a fuck and speeding on every occasion without considering road conditions.
5) "Snowdrop" drivers. Drivers who leave car in garage in autumn and pick it back at spring, either in order to not drive at horrible russian roads at winter conditions, or just because lack of rusting protection of cheap locally made cars. When they start emerging back at spring like snowdrops you do not know where to run from them as they seem totally forget how to drive during these 4-5 months.
6) Drunk driving and general recklessness. It's common case, especially in the country, to drink then drive. Just a fact. For some stupid reason "it's cool" to not use belts...
7) Harsh winter conditions and rookie drivers. If one gets his license in spring-summer he will get a huge surprise when november comes as he never actually learned how to drive in sleet on the streets which are rarely cleaned up. It's actually enigma for me, why here they do not teach it in driving school as a art of official learning course.
I certainly missed some, and some are clearly not russia exclusive ones but these are general cases.
Always looks like most of them are speeding, driving reckless and with their eyes closed. Look at those overtakes. OMG. Just look at that one clip @ 4:22. Speeding and overtaking right in front of a crossing with a stop sign and a crosswalk with a pedestrian nearby. Those people want to hurt someone.
I still dont get it, you just described my country and we have WAAAYYY lighter crashes than those, way simpler too, i mean over here motorcycles blast past cars in traffic jams, noone uses turn signals, everyone steals yellow AND red lights at all hours. Its a fucking mess.
Hell we even recently made it to the guardian as one of the most dangerous roads to drive lol
