What he is saying is that the Serbian Lynch Mob is lying in wait until one of the more obscure men of the village decides to go on his daily round of dog poisoning. Once they catch him in the act the police will suddenly get a call that a man in the village has gone missing and that the dog poisoning was just some spilled acid in a pool of drinkwater near the local park.
Fucked up :/ THere was similar shit in here finland couple years ago, someone put to the streets meatballs (which have been pumped with rat poison). Many dogs died. These sick fucks should taste their own medicine.

i like dogs, but i not like having a domestic animal wondering in the house messing with everything.
but if i leave the house and theres shit everywere i look...i will kill them all, seriously, its the owners job to take care of them and pick their shit with em.
so it depends really why the guy poisoned all the dogs, if he is pissed like me then i dont blame him.

I agree I have my dog on a leash all the time when I m outside with it.

No I wouldn't. I'd never harm an animal, especially dogs. They can shit all over my yard, I'd clean it up. I don't hold a grudge against animals.
