Holy shit, i had heard shit about this guy, but these quotes are just surreal, he really thinks he is da vinci of the gaming by making 1 indie game.(which had nice gimmick, but it wasnt like that game had any kind significant impact on gaming, like minecraft for example, it spawned basically new genre of sandbox/do-what-ever-you-want games)

It's quite amusing that everyone gives him a hard time for being outspoken and complaining, yet in 99% of threads on here I've seen worse things posted by regular users. Industry position or not, having a go at a guy for speaking his mind when it's what people do around here is a little ironic no?

Being "outspoken" might be putting it a little too mildly.
Either way though, when people talk shit around here, it usually gets thrown right back at them. Same thing is happening with this Fishy character. If he wants to be that way, he should be prepared to take same kind of "feedback", so I don't see the problem.
Exactly, if you say things like he did, then be ready to take all the shitstorm that is coming. Instead he talks shit and crys like little baby when people call him out on that.
And lets not talk about how the public image which he has choosen clearly hurts him. Rather than being normal person in public and ignoring all the trollbait/haters and not saying you are next jesus of gaming, he choose to fight them and bait them more with his stupidity. And now all the haters are the reason why he cancels the game. The man is just plain stupid, instead of ignoring all the shit, he takes it in and it drives him crazy. In the end he did it to himself, the mans ego is just too high.

What goes around comes around. He's arrogant and an asshole and I can't understand how he got so famous.

Perhaps he's not as eloquent as he should be but his point is valid and one that I agree with completely. I despise games that babysit you through basic, common game mechanics by providing endless text tutorials, leaving very little to explore and discover. That is just bad, lazy game design.
