I tried the country codes for all of those but Steam still lists the same release date. Smile
(Around 9 Hours from now, which should be the usual US release time of 19.00 over here in Sweden.)

Or from a alternative source since the game is DRM free, shouldn't take long. Smile

EDIT: Yeah there's something on the 3DM forums already, I can't read that language however so I don't know what's being discussed.

There have been some games on GoG that required a serial key for multiplayer functionality but I don't know how this game functions, maybe it's answered somewhere in the GoG forums for the game?

Interesting, I don't browse the Steam forums much myself so I didn't know that.

EDIT: 6 MB down / 8 MB up, first time I got decent speed from the bay on new content.
(Well compared to the Ali213 and 3DM 10 - 20 KB/s it's something at least.)

Yeah, but the developer (or publisher) choose (if they want) who to be moderator of their forum (ofc there are global mods too), so it may not be working on the game, but still in relation with them in any form.

As a fan of the original and old-school shooters in general, I'm all over this. I don't even care if it's rough or the few platforming parts still suck, gief fast-paced action and challenge and I'm more than happy. The reviews are quite positive so far. Smile

Aside from the usual UE3 tweaks this game has a few additional things you can alter.

These two when flipped give some small PhysX interaction such as pebbles from explosions and cloth simulation, doesn't seem to affect performance much.

bPhysXEnabled=false
bPhysXEnabledNetPlay=false

(ROTTGame.ini)

EDIT: And this might toggle subtitles but I haven't noticed any.
enableSubtitles=true

And this probably doesn't know what I think it does. Razz
enableHead=false

These also exist but I don't know what they actually do.

bGotSomethingCool=false
wimplo=False
bLudicrousSettings=false

EDIT: wimplo = when enabled the enemy soldiers boots squeaks loudly.

Maybe, I can't really say since I have a fairly powerful system but it's never dropped below 59 frames per second here even with the various tweaks I've done to the game such as 4096 resolution shadows.
(Which is what I've capped it at via RadeonPro.)

EDIT: But I can say that the performance is the best I've had for any UE3 game so far compared to how the game actually looks and this game looks really nice for being UE3 driven. Smile

well there isnt much difference in fps if all low/high, also when i shoot with that magic hand it dropes from 40 to 20 fps if the magic hits near me Laughing
