I dunno...looks kinda cheesy to me, then again, im not into most action/sci fi's on tv nowadays...they all seem way to cheesy, the acting, the camera angles, the storylines etc etc

Just seemed average to me, its getting to the stage though where theres an awful lot of good amercian tv shows to choose from and the bar has risen in terms of standards.

CBS really need to change that promo shot at the top of tjuma's template the guy looks like he has an STD.

I'm only worried that one of the producers is Brannon Braga, who ruined Star Trek flawlessly Sad

Executive producer in TNG was Gene Roddenbery himself so he coudln't ruin it.
Voyager was fine, but it wasn't untill Enterprise that he became boss, I believe. Anyway, Enterprise was good but some things were done......I dont know how to put it, non star-trek-ishly. And business politics was idiotic and it lead to debts although popularity was fine. I mean, selling the franchise like Star Trek to a cable provider who didn't even make a permanent timing for the series??? Give me a break! This week's episode in 19h on Wednesday, next week 15h on Friday and so on...
Idiot

I've watched 4 or 5 episodes of Enterprise and I dunno, scott bakula sucks as captain...and i dunno, the whole cast seems to unreal and too...how can i describe it..?...to pretty...buncha pretty boys...I dunno, I dont like Enterprise

They should make a new Star Trek that takes place after voyager but not too long...so we could get a new crew and ship but still have some of the old faces for nostaglic reasons ya know?

Star Trek best episodes are when Seven joined. I think I enjoyed more of the series then.
Gonna give this Threshold a try, looks very promising

Enterprise had its moments, as did DS9, the forgotten series. I think it was the third or 4th season of DS9 that might have actually been the best overall season in all of the Star Treks. The war with the dominion and all that. Bakula DOES suck as captain, but i just think Quantum Leap and smile so it's ALLLLLL good.

I watched this pilot. It shows promise, but it'll be ruined. You can just tell.

Bakula doesn't suck as captain at all, they were explorers at first and the first crew that went to deep space, so they had to stick together like a family. Those who watched entire series and not partially know that this was deliberate, and how htey were far more strict when dangers that threatened Earth came around (Xindi and so on...) so many things changed and the crew performed awesomely. But, business politics destroyed the series. Just as it was getting excellent and progressed towards "so many times mentioned in other series" Earth-Romulan War after which Federation was founded...

I especially enjoyed those trilogies in the 4th season, it was an excellent form of narrating!

P.S. Jolene Blalock RULEZZZ!!!
