calling it exactly like Vanquish is a little far fetched, but yeah both games have some resemblances. MGR:R is a good game which once again be hated here because it's not Total War or a edgy FPS with powers.

Konami has officially announced the PC version of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. The PlatinumGames hit will be arriving through digital download soon, a press release states. No exact release date is given, but it sure sounds like it'll be arriving in the comings months rather than later.
"The in-game technology will push the boundaries of graphics, style and lightning-speed action at a blistering 60FPS on most modern PCs."

I don't think they'll do any marketing, they'll just release it. So conclusion it's not ready yet.
