This old school shooter comeback is bringing more problems:
Quicksaves and checkpoints = bad
No quicksaves and checkpoints = also bad (Rise of the Triad)
So what would be the medium?

The good: slicing enemies with a katana is always fun, with that Kill Bill-esque feel. Very Happy

The bad: the old atmosphere and humour have been partially lost, and there are some suspicious signs of consolization, as usual..

I'm still interested, just not too excited.

Ok, I give up... that actually looks quite cool. What made me think that was the fact that I saw the weapons in this. Finally a new game that has a full selection of weapons like in the old days and they're not the most generic things ever either. The melee system looks really great as well.

(Lo Wang seems to be more of a natural but I can't remember if we've seen how he looks like in this re-imagined version of the game.)
