Since i can't afford any phone contract, i switched over to prepaid..
So finally everyone has my new number, only to find out that if you don't put new money on it, they destroy your number within 3(!!!) fucking months.. 
So here i am, AGAIN without being able to get called when i'm outside the house.. ffs..

Uhm, are you sure that's not the period during which your credit is active? In Romania, the grace period (spelling?) is much higher, 12 months since the last time money were put on it until the number is destroyed.

Nah here they do this bullshit all the time, i do however remember the gov doing something against it, but not sure what. Would have to look into it.
But i bought it 4 months ago, had 1 month of prepaid on it.
Now 3 months later they blocked my number.. fucking cunts..

Doesn't putting new moniez on it activate it again? That's how it usually works.

Yeah, but when i don't have money and don't see the need of having money on a card that will disappear into thin air after not using it >.<

Well at least one thing in Belgium that is better  12 months valid after charge so I only charge it every year with 5€. Had that number for 16 years, just can't part with it xD
