Shots still look bad i.e as in the previous versions. Everytime someone from Konami plays the game he refuses to go near the goal and shoot which makes me think they are trying to hide it as much as they can. Would reserve my conclusions till the demo though.

The lack of demo 5 weeks before release when trying to compete with FIFA also sounds alarm bells for me ..you would think they'd be itching for people to play it...I'm wondering if keepers are going to ruin it..not long off till we find out

expect the demo to be released after gamescom, why should anyone visit their booth if you can play the demo at home?

#PES2014 demo will be available on September 11th on PS3, 12th on Xbox 360!

Looks like no PC demo, thanks Konami for making my choice easier.

Finally, told we couldn't do PC demo because last year it was hacked, and licenses were revealed that had to be kept secret. Sorry everyone.

So how about not including the licenses in the demo code you lazy konami douchebags? Well, at least we'll have isodemo Troll Face

its fair enough.

go easy on them. licenses are touchy business. and demos are supposed to be demos. they are no lazy for leaving them in, creating a demo costs a lot and takes a lot fo time. having to remove or hide licenses from the code JUST for a pc demo makes no resourcing sense.

we are shouting down a company for protecting themselves against a guaranteed hack and unwanted reveal. how is that bad.

its like us shouting at a bank for not letting a guy that robbed them for the past three consecutive years.

common sense really.

(Disclaimer, i have no special love for konami, an in factd plan on getting the isodemo, so im not trying to be all high and mighty, im just addressing the demo complaint. its a god damn demo.)

Demos on consoles but not on PC ?

Yeah, so Fuck you Konami, I feel insulted and punished for something I didn't do.
There is no excuses.

I don't give a shit about licenses business, really.

Anyway I am sure FIFA will be a lot better Cool Face

Yeah, the game itself looks great but I'm not sure I will buy it. An ISO demo would be the best option at least when it gets released.

I hope your friend is wrong Janz Evil or Very Mad I'm rooting for PES this year for the obvious reasons Razz

At least Konami don't laugh at us telling that our expensive PC are scraps and can't run a game with 20 nextgen lads kicking a ball Sad

Quote:
Konami confirmed that a PC demo for PES 2014 will be released after the game’s release. As Adam Bhatti, PES European Community Manager, revealed, a PC demo for EPS 2014 will come very very soon after launch.
“OK PC gamers good news, PC demo will come very very soon after launch. The team understand users need to try before they buy. More info soon”
So there you have it everyone. Let’s hope that Konami will indeed release the PC demo before in October and not in November.

they can fuck themself. they dont provide a demo for pc cause they know pes sucks again this year. derpbox and gaystation3 get the demo cause they know 90% of the gamers are kids and idiots. same reason why they didnt developed a nextgen version for xone and ps4. no kid has enough money to buy it instantly Very Happy

So, you judge a sports videogame by its system requirements??
The new PES looks and plays great. I hope to see more improvements until retail hits the stores in the cpu build up department. At least PES gives you the chance to play offline against some decent cpu AI with decent teammate cpu AI. The other game has non existent AI. I can't and I don't want to control all 11 players of my team.

i do in this case, i do not expect much from a game which has simply the same requirements as its ancestor with the old engine which is 8 years old
