You have to understand that some of us have been playing Blizzard games back since the first Warcraft came out, their games and customer treatment used to be very good. Nowadays they have joined the EA bandwagon of poachers cutthroats and other scum, some of us feel somewhat betrayed.
Oh gimme a fucking break. Blizzard isn't even with a country mile of the cash grab that EA is. I may have lost interest in WoW and D3 (pretty quick), but to suggest that a company - who puts out HOW MANY games a year? - is just in it for the money is incredibly cynical and lacking in reality.
And whining about the Always-On is asinine. . .there's a reason for it, and covering your eyes and screaming "La-la-la. . .Drm, no sale!" makes you look childish.
btw is D3 even playable pirately? with the only online drm...
there is a workind PC version , well kinda working you can play as long till the second half of chapter 2 after that it will hang with connect to server ... but the emu is working fine they are working on it , it was said they only need like 34k more calls to add and you can finally play it on PC to the very end
and offline play available too... and local coop !!! Funny thing is that the PS3 version will be what the PC version should have been in the first place.
Sad thing is that they won't patch the PC version to make it like that... And i'm not sure how i'd feel playing diablo on a console, in 720p and ~30fps (or worse from what i saw in the trailers).

yep console D3 is what PC one should be from my point of view , too bad that we got messed up online only AH-plagued versio
Diablo 3 on console is one of the best co-op games money can buy. It swings smoothly from easygoing to intense, with perfectly paced pockets of downtime, and is capable of swallowing entire evenings in a single, voracious gulp. It's a Lego game for loot-hungry grown-ups and it gets better with every player you add. If you have co-op partners who would also enjoy it, this version is an essential purchase. If you don't, it's still easier to recommend than the PC game; almost as slick, even more flexible and usable and without that troublesome always online requirement.
Fuck me! I must be going mad... I swear I did not noticed your previous post. Posting from a mobile device on shitty wifi doesn't help, but I should know better.
But yeah, offline 1-4 player local coop was announced before, but now it's confirmed and 100% legit.
