beacuse it is a shitty small dlc, which is completely optional.
Not having it is not slowing progression in game

PC version of game more than tripled its first week's sale numbers over Saints Row: The Third
doesn't mean much if for example PC accounts for only 10% or 15% of total sales. i don't know exact number but it must be something embarrassing, or else they would give us real numbers and not compare sales to SR3.

Noticed it first last night, when I tried to customize or even select the dubstep gun I was not able to change the skin. Also, I think my dubstep gun is bugged, sounds..... weird, unless the "pop" one is supposed to sound like it playing far away....
