Do I need saves from the original game to play the DLCs? I seem to have rarred a "205100" folder with my Dishonored saves, but I have no clue which release it was and where I got the folder from.

P.S. the last DLC is the final one right?

I don't think so, since the DLC is separate. I just downloaded the game and both dlc's and it worked without touching the main game.

Damn. I bought this game on sale and i never finished my playthrough before. I have tried everything loading up my old Reloaded savegame with my legit steam version. It just doesn't want to show my saves. Also unticked save sync. Anyone know what to do?

Move it to the right folder?
Where do you have the save that you want to load?

A 915 MB large update downloaded.

EDIT: Judging by the updated files there's a few updates to the game or game engine and then a lot of changes to the DLC.

It's in galvani 's journal that you can find around the apartment (probably in the studio)

Dishonored: Game of the Year Edition, which will be available on October 8 and 11 in North America and Europe, respectively.

Priced £29.99/€39.99/$39.99

The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

The story ones, absolutely yes. They're fantastic Smile

The Knife of Dunwall
The Brigmore Witches (or Bring more bitches) Very Happy

Those are the ones.

3 long missions each, with a good story and Daud is a much more interesting character than Corvo.

If you find the main game boring, don't bother. DLCs are pretty much more of the same but with a different character.

Absolutely. I'd say the two story DLCs are far superior to the main game itself, granted if you're bored all together it just might not be a game for you. But the story and character from the DLC is much more compelling and interesting that the bore Corvo.

I liked the game in the first four or five missions, but then it was repetitive and boring and the story was very guessable.
Have the DLS any better story?

Well beter is a hard thing to say. I enjoyed the originals story, but the DLC's follow Daud (the guy who killed the Empress in the original) and he's much more of an interesting character than Corvo.
