so any news on how to fix the framerate I'm installing it now so I dont know if there will be a problem, but just incase. Im a framerate whore

game reboots my pc ! i'm not the only one.there is a problem when dumping the mem.anyone got any idea?i would really love to play this game.does'n work with deviance crack nor does it with the crackfix

activation's games usually don't take too much resources ..
then I guess there is a problem in the game's frame rate..
when I swing or going by the street (not always) it's like the frame rate really low......
it's lame...........
any fix for that???...........
bdw i've tried the 2 crack

The sound is looping for me, traffic sounds, music, speech in cut scenes, it just keeps looping!
I tried reinstalling it and changing the direct sound options but it does not help, I Get this problem with both cracks.

et69 can you look the fps with fraps ? i think you have less 30 fps in same scene ?

Yep, I think they may need to release another crack fix...
I get random blue screen, reboot crashes...and my system exceeds game rquirements, no windows errors, no adware/spyware, no virus'

I get random slow downs which get increasingly more annoying with the 'fix'. Game seems really childish though so I might just delete it anyway. . .

Just tried Fraps:
With 8XS AA & 16X AF
Lowest FPS: 28
Highest: 31
Without AA or AF its a constant 30 FPS
It didn't hit 31 more then 3 times and that was for no more then a few seconds... I think the game is definetly locked at 30 FPS.

Well, i guess the crashing thing has been fixed....was playing for an hour and didnt crash
I actually am really enjoying this game. Its kinda childish but Im a fan of spiderman and to be honest...it feels like Im playing the old cartoon that used to be on, like around 95 and shit....the graphics, imo, are wicked....sure, they arent the best in terms of 3d and shit, but it feels exactly like an interactive comic book....and some of the stuff u can do with spidey is pretty cool....I think this is a great game
The only thing i think they should have tweaked a lil more is the camera....its quite fuckin annoying but u get used to it and helps to turn down camera/mouse sensitivity...

The Rhino guy is pissing me off....how the fuck do u avoid all the cars and shit (considering the shit camera) he throws at u....he throws like 3 at a time then does the ground smash thing and fuckin kills me....

I found that the best way to beat him is to web swing or zip your way around.

Please...i have problem with this game...when i tried to launch it..it always reset my computer...i have tried CRACKFIX but i does´nt work...is there any solve of this problem or it´s in this release???

for the reboot problem: i found the solution. it is driver related could be the graphics drv or the sound drv. u got to have the latest version. i couldn't even start once without reboot. now works perfectly.

So is the game worth trying on a p4 2.6ghz 1 gig ram and ati 9700 pro? think I might give it a go.
Unless you find retail movies choppy, you should be happy with constant 30fps.
60 fps will look a bit better. anything more than 60fps is undetectable by the human eye.

Strange, when I first put it on w/crack fix everything worked. Got to the main screen. Changed the video res, restarted and now nothing but crashes. Maybe I set the res to high, anyone know how to start in a safe mode or default config?

Use Regedit and goto:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Activision/Ultimate Spider-man/Settings
in there you will find the setting for Rez.
