Just played for a bit after the patch, had one random crash, and the game still seems to start in windowed mode every other time...
Also I've noticed that any screens I try to take either with steam/MSI Afterburner/FRAPS all come out black.
I've had this happen with a few games before, but not sure what causes it exactly. Anyone else getting this? I'm guessing it might have something to do with dx11?

You can't, but it doesn't matter since he puts it away anyway when you perform non lethal takedowns.

It's not about takedowns. It's about having a choice and personal preferences. I like immersion.
I also like to walk around without a damn weapon in my hand if I am NOT GOING TO USE it. Makes sense, doesn't it? 
So it's either hollywood derp-action-hero-typology with guns everywhere, or laziness, due to all animations being recorded with a gun in hand (I read the official response on this).

I still can't get this damn game to run in DX 11 mode No matter what I've tried. I have yet to find the new patch and crack though. But I refuse to play it in dx9
