Finally got the keyboard, afer ordering it in the logitech.com Spain store and had the shipment from hollland :s

Its my first mechanical keyboard, so its a whole new thing for me, the first impressions are kinda good, like the feel of the keys and the noise is not that loud, lets see how i perform whith it in games, coming from a scissor key system, its gonna take some time to adapt.

And as ussual all cannot be that perfect, first problem is that i cannot install the Logitech Gaming Software to configure the G Keys, because i have a razer deathadder 2013 and the Synapse 2.0 and LGS arent friendly, after uninstall Setpoint, reboot and install LGS, mouse and keyboard stop responding, had to start in safemod to remove the LGS and got two BSOD in between. Now im digging to see if theres any solution.

There more pics in the album.

Razer's software is fucking useless, in the 3 years I had my Deathadder I refused to install it.

I almost bought that keyboard too Very Happy found that the coolermaster was cheaper and used the same OEM as Filco so, that was my deciding factor.

Gaming it really nice since you don't HAVE to bottom out keys. You get used to twitch tapping after a while since you only have to press a key halfway to make it register. Once your fingers become familiar with typing you'll notice your fingers started lifting themselves up before the key even bottoms out so you start typing quicker.

The feeling of the mouse and the precision of it its much smooth and better with the Synapse. Otherwise i managed to install Logitech Gaming Software 8.35, an older version but it gives no conflict or problem.

As i said it is my first mechanical keyboard so the feeling its kinda weird... Im forcing my self to type with less "push" trying to do what you describe, just pushing the halfway of the key.

By now i love it Very Happy

Good Very Happy The actuation point is that little "bump" feeling you get when pushing the key down slowly. Once that click hits that's all you need to have pushed down to make the key register. You'll of course still botttom out keys when you're typing but depending on the type pattern your fingers hit and where they need to go next they'll often only hit a key just enough to register it before moving on to the next one.

I like it in gaming because I twitch strafe a lot so I don't need to bottom out my keys to do it anymore which means my fingers can get to the next key quicker.
