Actually this looks really nice. The career and research thingy gives you "usable" feedback, so it´s a wet dream for any kerbal... but I´m afraid this will be released in... let´s say 8 weeks or something? In the last time the devs are really making a fuzz about the release of the patches. For 0.21 after the adding of stuff was finnished they needed around 6 (?) weeks for Q&A and the experimental phase. DAFUQ? It´s an incremental patch for a ALPHA version. They are really trying to make their alpha updates bugfree BUT this is way too much.

On the other side... I have no idea about development

I agree.

But on the other side if they release a buggy/unstable alpha build their forums would simply die under the mass whining fest. Laughing
The game is too popular now to permit any mess up. despite the fact the game isn't even at alpha stage for now.

They could however put an pre-alpha build branch on Steam for testing purpose, as not every "casual" gamer know about this stuff and so stay on the safe side. Smile

You´re right but let´s be honest. Everybody who´s whining about the condition of an EARLY alpha version deserves to be kicked, banned and double fucked in the ass because of irrational stupidity and retardness.

They should gladly give a fuck about whiners. Squad and their ksp is the most ambitious and the most serious semi-professionell project/early access I ever paid for. Everybody knows they are taking their jobs very serious and will provide a very polished product in the end. If they would invest their time to add features instead of making an alpha almost bugfree just because of whiners, the game would be much more meaningful and they would saves MONTHS per year. But this is neither a pro nor a contra so nvm Smile

did they take a break from developing or why is this moving so slowly ?

last update was 2 months ago and it doesn't look like they added too much.

Nope everything is allright. Most of the devs were at the Unite 2013 last week and the update before was tested almost 6 weeks before released to the public... just read the two posts above^^
