It's Microsoft, KC. You wonder why so many people despise them? Microsoft turned into a right scummy company, all the shit they *tried* to pull off this year, they're fucking assholes. Probably some tiny little clause in their sixty-thousand page EULA you're forced to digitally "sign" (ie, press "A" to accept) before you can play your €300 machine and your €60 game, that prohibits releasing video footage of an unreleased game no matter how you got it.

And he's going to get a knock on the door very soon. Probably within the weekend. The guy who sold him the copy is in deep deep shit too.
In fact I feel sorry for that dude more than this jerk, purely because he shouldn't have been a knobhead and post it on his personal vine account and go fking online with it.
It's because of fucking idiots like this leaking games before release isn't what it use to be, people are just too scared.
