Is there anything stopping gta v working? I aint used this console since RDR.
Used to just burn with clonecd at 2.4 speed, is it still the same? |
Hello evilmonkey, don't pay attention to NFOAC, the lack of GTA5 rls made him nervous.
I'm pretty sure you will need LT3.0 and a burner that support iMax firmware. I haven't burned any game since i got my 360 RGH'ed so i'm not sure. |
Hi adebisi.
After investigation my drive doesnt need the new frmware apparently, its an old old sammy drive
Quote: | Samsung currently does not need v3.0 as isn’t an AP2.5-capable drive. LT+ v3.0 is only needed for drives which support AP2.5 (Hitachi 78/79, BenQ, Lite-On). ISOs made for v3.0 that include topology data will work fine on Samsung and old Hitachis. In v3.0, the ISO layout hasn’t changed, except that there will instead be new topology data in place of where the old AP2.5 replay sector used to be, which Samsung & old Hitachis ignore anyway. |
So thats a bonus! I have an adapti ihas122 drive, but no way to check if its compatible without a disk (which I dont have any of atm unfortunatly) is there any other way to check?

there is no need to check.. the burnermax payload tool is compatible with a lot of dvd burners.. i'm sure the ihas 122 is among them since i use an asus burner to burn games and it works fine.

excellent. well I guess Im all set, by the time I fork out for disks I probably could have just bought the damn game.
sidenote: this may sound retarded but can you use genuine disks in a flashed 360? like I said its been years since I even turned it on

We could use random numbers as name. Even if it was taken down, it would still be up longer on certain providers and way more stable than torrents for the time being.
