They only say that "gta iv with ice and enb is better"
lol right. i've installed both addons and they looks like shit if not configured very well. And even if configured well they look only good on screenshots because the game runs 10fps with them.

- Driving is good. It is improved but not massively. It's fine for the game.
- Not that easy to read on my 42". Well, its the phone / texts etc. I some times have to get a bit closer to the screen (I see 12-14 foot away from it).
- Yes its pretty damn stable. I don't think you'll be disappointed unless you're used to 60 fps on PCs.
- not sure on teh gun customisation. Think it applies constantly.
- Yes, although tbh the use of nigger is over the top, even for a black character.
- loading times are fine. initial load does take a while, after that I haven't had a problem. there is no loading while the game is running, going into a store is just going into a store. the only loading is for missions, which is pretty quick (a few seconds). That, and the initial load (maybe 15-20 seconds). |

only played for 2~ hours but have yet to be impressed by much... of course, i've also been doing missions instead of dicking around.
the only thing i can give them credit for so far is how smoother the mechanics are all-around though walking is still a bit wonky and it kinda looks ridiculous when you jump a fence at a wrong angle and just drop to the ground.
although the graphics are quite crap for obvious reasons, the driving is smooth and responsive, shooting is certainly the best for a gta game though not on par with saint's row and best of all, framerate drop is minimal at least at high speeds on the freeway... haven't tried major gun fights or flying yet.

Fixed, because that is the one reason I'm not gonna play this on my PS3 
Despite GTA IV's horrid PC version, I still prefer it simply because I can't stand stick aiming. I actually tried it a few weeks ago with a 360 controller, but as soon as I have to shoot at shit I get annoyed and grab the mouse again. So here's hoping they finally confirm the PC version soon, we know it's coming anyway 
Or the PS4 version, with support for KB/M  |

I can't stand stick aiming either, which is why I just use the L2-snap.. the old CoD trick ("I'mmaprololz") of tapping L2 and the reticule immediately snaps to the nearest foe. Tap L2, tap R2, win!

I've simply given up trying to get it, Usenet versions are being stung by DMCA, not to mention the stupid rar in Rar passworded shite and torrent wise the speed is dire and noy helped by all the dicks jumping off when theirs is done leaving 2 seeds and a thousand people.
I shall return to playing with myself!
