you just don't get my point , they advertise this game as THIS and when you buy it then you see it is not as they Advertised
Ubisoft just showed what Ps4/XBONE will look like and what feature they will have and how xbox360/ps3 will look like ... same with that hacker dogs something game , a dev Showing "Here look last gen will look like this and next gen like this"
but r* did not do it , and thats MY POINT false advertising

I'm not sure if you're talking about 360 or PS3 version, but I have to say; by my own experience, this isn't entirely accurate. I've been playing from ISO>External and 8GBInstall>Internal and there hasn't been much of any typical pop-in/pop-up at all. Shadow distances aren't the best, naturally, but no horrible texture loading like there was in GTA4.

You are completely wrong. Im running it from a external WD drive and iv not had any popins or any problems at all. But I remember having that in GTA IV from a burned disc when I drove very fast...

Things like this amaze me. I just witnessed another scenario - police helicopter chases a car somewhere in the woods, car blows up, firetruck appears out of nowhere, 2 firemen run towards burning car, in the middle of their way decide to play with fire extinguishers instead (they laugh and extinguish each other), get tired of all this fun and drive away, leaving the car burning, lol.

xbox360 with just the 1st disc installed definitely does have texture pop loading, and the doesn't look great with jaggie edges. Apart from that the game is miles for fun than the last one

What the hell. This is the second Armored Car I've lost. What are you meant to use on the rear doors? Ramming it with another car or just blasting it over and over? A grenade destroyed the damn thing.

I used a grenade and grabbed the money suitcase from the wreckage. Shooting the back doors did nothing for me, maybe I had to shoot more (used 3-4 pistol clips).
However, in the previous game shooting/blowing up the secvan gives you a wanted level(same here, 2 stars), where as heavy damaging the secvan so it explodes on its own won't attract any heat. Have not tried it yet, but the next time I'll try driving off a high point or parking it on the railroads so the train hits it (hopefully I won't get rammed again) and see if it still works.
Till then, use a grenade as they are cheap and work like a charm... not taking into account the heat level.

yea i was thinking at the start that i would 100% this, but i really dont know if its even possible, its the skyrim of gta games, i can easily see someone sinking 200 - 300 hours into a 100% game (if i remember right san andreas took me around 90 hours to 100%)
i still have not even got to heists yet, i literally have been exploring for 15 hours straight now and did about 15 missions, just finished the mission where you have to get your daughter off the yacht as Michael, such a fun mission and i got to finally explore underwater!
i been on the internet on my phone alot, Lol at the webpage making fun of call of duty! forgot the name of the game though (think it was called righteous kill 6?) but they literally tear COD a new asshole.

After two full nights of GTAV I can easily say that this is GOTY. It's among the best games ever made, top 10 at the very least.

yep, its one of my top 10 favourites of all time already, and so far i only progressed a little more than 1/4 in story missions.
i constantly keep finding out new shit, for example just now i noticed that they applied proper physics to the water as well.
if you dive into water with a car and jump out, the car will create a pull that will drag you in even if you end up in the water a few meters away. the effect can even be seen underwater, its simply astonishing.
also regarding heists
 Spoiler: | i love how the crew you put together can make a significant difference in the heist.
i played the first heist twice:
first time i put together a good crew, with all members getting a decent cut, had no problems. we got away by bikes, and then i followed the getaway guy through the tunnels while he was giving me precise directions. everything went smoothly.
the second time however, for shits and giggles, i went cheap and chose the worst crew members. while escaping by bikes, one crew member slipped and fell off, i had to quickly get off and grab his money bag, then continue driving. once we got to the tunnels, the new getaway guy didnt know shit about which direction to go, and just kept whining about how nobody told him he was supposed to know this etc.
everything went less smoothly, but since i managed to recover the money bags of the fallen crew members, resulting in bigger cuts for everyone, i guess it was worth it. |

may not matter to most as they don't go online with their flashed/hacked xbox360 or PS3 but:

Now just be aware if you have played GTA5 using a gamertag & have received any achievements (even playing offline) & then go & use the same gamertag online even on a different legitimate unflashed console it could ban the gametag & the console that you go online with,this same thing happened to me with the early HALO 4 release last year
