When I tried Arkham City on PS3 and 360, the PS3 version seemed to me like about the same, but a little more aliased. Not that bad though, the experience was quite similar.
Assassins Creed (except the very first one) is on par with X360, although the X360 version has less aliasing (as usual...).
I had played brotherhood on ps3 since at that time new xgd checks were introduced so couldn't play but had serious fps drop on it, I'm more concerned about fps.

If its multi platform and you have a choice get the 360 version.
