Seriously. This game is absofucking lutely FANTASTIC on the PS4. If you want to experience a true next gen sports experience this is THE game to get. This is coming from someone who don't even like Basketball and getting hammered every game by the CPU even on moderate difficulty. Also might not be the best judge of realism since there are a few rules and terminology I simply don't understand.
I am more of a FIFA and NHL guy and although I do enjoy FIFA 14 a lot on PS4, if there is one sports game you should get if you are even remotely interested in basketball, it's this one. The feel of the game, the graphics, the animation, the presentation, the integratoin with real NBA. I played for 2 hours last night and I was so impressed. Only bad thing I can see so far on the finish of the game is the mouth animations.

Yes but can you swear over the headset and get technical fouls for it? That's the true mark of NEXTGEN - privacy? Pffft, who needs privacy?

LOL! I didnt know about that. But what is your point?
First of all I have PS4, second of all this is no different from them punishing people using bad language in text previously. Not that I agree with it, but nothing different.
Can't he just turn of the chat/Kinect if he wants to rage?

My "point" is that this is massively intrusive and invasive, manufacturers and developers are now dictating what you can and can't say in your own home on your own system. The hardware shouldn't be penalising people for "bad language" - they're a fucking games manufacturer, not the internet police and not the parents either. Punish people abusing the message system, fine, but in-game? Penalties? Live service lockouts? That's not right.

Sure, I agree with you - but if you have voice chat enabled so other players can hear, it's not really all that different than text chat. Regardless, this is MS at work and doesn't really concern the game in question.

That video above may seem funny but as Sabin mentioned it is absolutely intrusive and offends the norms of private life. The dictation begins with such little things (like this one in NBA2k14) that they call "game features" and will finally spread to more serious "features" built-in the consoles.

Yes I agree, but still think it's just as bad with text screening and censorship. Anyway, game is fucking great.

One of the nicest "next-gen" title IMHO. Specially for a launch title. I hope that means they can improve it even more in a few years.

I don't even like playing against the CPU, it's a whole different feeling playing against someone human... Perhaps try using icon pass more often, it's the fastest way to switch to a specific player in defense (In offense you pass it to a specific player with it).
