I agree, making him stop, surrounding the car as an intimidation tactic for nudging a bike rear end..They are sending aggressive signals as a 100 bikers to 1 driver ratio, then act shocked the driver acts aggressive in return trying to flee.
You cannot provoke and imply an attack, then cry foul when you yourself are attacked because of it. Maybe it wasn't the right thing to do, but cant really blame him for it when put in a situation of "they seem like are going to beat me and my family senseless". If they didn't want him 'fighting' they shouldn't have stuck him in a fight or flight situation.
The way I see if, if they would have succeeded and pulled him out the car, it would have been In their eyes "He got what was coming to him"..but since he reacted its "Innocent bikers ran down by SUV madman"

It's not really a case of who should die, just that there's very little sympathy for the deaths of people that bring it on themselves via their hostile and threatening actions :\ Besides, according to police there have been no fatalities and the driver isn't "in a coma" either. I still think I would have done the same, the bikers were in the wrong at the start and they were in the wrong at the end.

Its not all black and white. The driver obviously panicked, and it wasn't exactly 5-6 bikers in that gang... more like 50-60.

Seriously Sin, I get what you are trying to convey but at times you really pick things out of it's proportion. Read more carefully what people are saying and it might come over less harsh than what you read.

As someone who has rode motorcycles all my life, the bike that got rear ended whiles is looking back intentionally caused this. Its a fact that bikes decelerate faster than vehicles, and any rider with any sense knows that bike VS SUV. SUV wins!!!! 100% of the time. And you can see the rider is intentionally slowing down (No hand on throttle) to intimidate. Any why stop in the middle of traffic boxing the SUV in for a simple fender bender??? (Hell the SUV probably only scuffed his rear tire) I would have done the same, got the fuck out of there, went straight to the police dept and tell them what happened.
If i was riding a saw that SUV that close to me would i slow down?????? Fuck no. I would get the fuck out of dodge.
My opinion from the video is that the SUV driver should not be at fault. And the gang of Moron bikers should face charges.
I feel there is a lot left out in the video to make the bikers look like victims. Would love to see the first confrontation that obviously occurred, yet is absent from the submitted footage.
