Set for release in 2014 on PS3, Xbox 360, PS4 and Xbox One, Destiny sees players take the role of a Guardian of the last safe city on Earth, fighting mysterious alien foes on Earth and beyond in a bid to reclaim mankind's lost territory.
A Destiny beta is scheduled to begin in "early 2014" and Bungie has confirmed it will be available first on PS3 and PS4.
