Not that impressed with it (iOS version) combat isnt even explained which is really odd considering everything else that isnt as vital is explained. Art direction sucks since they've mixed their pixel art (which does looks nice on its own) with hand drawn and very detailed hi-res images. It's not a huge deal perhaps but it does break the nice retro feel it had going for it.
Tried to play it on ipad and it crashes so frequently that it is unplayable. No other program is running, but it just freezes the whole thing and needs a hard reset. Zombies? Crash. Some green chick talks? Crash.
Too bad, looks like a decent timewaster otherwise.
What a pile of trash. Even without the bullshit hype, this is a thoroughly disappointing and mediocre game in every possible way *except* the pixel art. It's nothing like what was promised in the TWO Kickstarters and yet despite the hilariously prolonged development time (and the lies about "it's finished, we're just waiting until after Christmas" silliness) the version they shipped is rife with bugs and glitches and other unacceptable bullshit.
The worst thing is the fanboys though, they're just plain vile. Any criticism is immediately shot down by a pack of slathering douchebags and the "perfect" last line defence of "It's only a three dollar mobile game, troll!!11!!111!!"
@Interinactive
Count yourself lucky then, because the #1 technical complaint from all the major mobile sites is awful performance across a range of devices (including iPad4) and random inexplicable crashes.
There's nothing inherently wrong with Kickstarter, when it's used responsibly and not just being abused by people begging for money on the proviso of releasing Product A .. and then pissing in everyone's faces and releasing Product B instead.
I played through the iOS version in just over 4 hours and it was just mediocre So much potential, pissed into the wind, the only hope for this game is the PC version and all the things they "promise" will come to it, because the base game is dull as dishwater and is going to need a lot more than just some random encounters to fix it.

I backed this over a year ago, still no release date for PC
I took it. Was it unique? In any case, thanks a ton!
They are a bunch of liars. They never told that the money we pledge for PC version would be used for finishing developing the game for iOS and for Android. One years later and still no PC version... Fuckers!
No no, it's much worse than that. They blew all the money from the first KS that was specifically for the iOS/Android release, then launched a second KS which was supposedly for PC but later turned out was actually to fund the rest of the development for mobile. PC version is "coming later, after Android" >_>
"We are truly truly thankful you guys are still with us! "
Seeing as how you have everyone's money, and have done for a very... very long time.. I hardly see how it could be anything else. Of course people still have to be with you, but hey.. that's okay.. "alpha" is soon, then comes "beta" and finally release! YAY! 2015, go!
