They are available on marketplace but you have to buy them.
If you check the car model folder, those dlc cars are missing.

Yeah deleting database_restrictions file will unlock all DLCs but game crashes if you pick a DLC car since its required files are missing, morons. Rolling Eyes

You can download them from live server but the problem is they are packed in .nfs files and there's no nfs unpacker out there, so they are pretty much useless.
If we could unpack those nfs files, we had our complete edition long time ago.

not sure what the problem here is.... so legit game version looks for DLCs in .nfs format, and our cracked release wants them in unpacked format? this complete edition is turning into a complete clusterfuck. even people who bought it on official forum having tons of problems.

Yeah if you own the dlc, game uses the nfs file from dlc path otherwise it tries to load it from cars\models\ path which everything must be unpacked in there.

When they say authenticity, they probably mean a fully motion captured Ken Block who walks around in your trailer/garage, telling you what an "awesum bro" you are Laughing

Exactly, it's so sad when you think that after RBR we'll never see a proper rally game ever again. Kickstarter? Razz

oh RBR; good times, good times
the truth is, they are just afraid to make a new Rally game and put an actual rally drivers name behind it, because they have the habit of suddenly passing away
this is all an ingenious ploy to get rid of Ken Block... aneurism here we go!! Cool Face

Haha there's a big problem though, this voodoo trick requires a proper rally driver in order to work, and sadly this is not the case. Laughing

found this on codemasters forum posted by admin. at first they claim no codes for all platforms then suddenly pc version does have codes. nice misinformation there
Quote:
Just received word this morning that in the PC version of the game you'll find a small leaflet within the box with the codes for both the Mud and Guts and Power and Glory packs. You'll have to redeem the codes to gain access to them

This does vary from the console version where no redemption should be necessary.

Just an update on this guys, we had all seen the Bioshock 2 thing today and was really impressed with what they had done. I'm not going to have anything concreate for you on what we are doing for a while GFWL is really hard wired into DiRT 3 and taking it out is a big job. We are on it though and I'll keep you updated.

And all of those DLC`s will have to be given to everybody for free now once GFWL is patched out, another reason why DLC is fail.

What is the situation with savegames in all this GFWL games? Will they be compatible with Steam? Because if not, this moving to Steam is completely useless for me and i prefer to stay offline forever.
