If Restart from checkpoint didn’t work, trying beating up all enemies around you.
If there aren’t any enemies around you, try going through a door.

after applying second update i have english language . But in steam_api i have different set. Why? After first update it was ok. I have changed language in this file from english to another. But second update didn`t change anything in this file but game is is english instead my language

Don't worry its the xdelta patcher batch file. Else the update goes over 200 MB
Xdelta makes it smaller than steam Surprised

There is no new version number on the .exe , but i can asure you that after that update your game matches the steam copy 100%

every patch restores my settings to their default values. So I have to reenter my settings again.

While on the subject, are any of you having stuttering audio in the opening logo movies?

Hardware: Ryzen 3700x, B450 MSI Gaming Pro carbon AC, GTX1080, 32 GB 3200 Mhz cas 14, 256 EVO SSD, 1 TB EVO SSD and 4 TB HDD.
Console: xbox, wii and xbox 360

@demde - thanks for reassuring, btw -benchmark command added to exe now works, it didnt in previous versions, at least not for me

@CraweN - no stuttering here, anyway i`d simple preffer to not have them at all, shit that cannot be skipped always menage to annoy me Very Happy

Unreal Engine 3, whenever they change the DefaultEngine.ini (Or what the file is named, varies per game.) it gets a different version number added to it, this in turn causes the user created file which is BMEngine.ini to reset and thus you lose any customizations or settings applied previously.

UE3 does have a method now to use SystemSettings.ini for stuff like resolution and such but this game does not use that so you lose everything whenever that file is changed. Smile

The latest patch changed the ini by adding a new line for a challenge map I think it was, maybe a upcoming DLC.
(There's also the WBSettings.xml file which the game uses to remember the options you've set but it will still revert back to a safe defaults and then when next you start the game it will load and apply the settings defined here.)

Yeah but afte patch + crack you must move your saves to the ALI213 emu save location

Batman Arkham Origins\SinglePlayer\Binaries\Win32\Profile\Saves

RLD ones located in

C:\ProgramData\Steam\YourUserName\209000\


I use ALI213 emu on all games now. Beats SteamStub with original .exe so unless game is CEG it will work after every update.

Executables were also updated so this is not quite right.
And transfering saves is 10 seconds work.

How the hell do you deal with Bane in prison? Tells me to use shock gloves, but they are not getting charged at all, like I don't even have them. So wtf do i do? Ultra stun+beatdown does nothing..

E: Ok I'm supposed to press E after beatdown Embarassed But why aren't my shock gloves charging then Mad

E2: And after beating him I just get a black screen

I actually found this game to be quite enjoyable. Don't quite get the many negative scores about it. Yes it is iterative, but I found it had strong points as well. I really liked the assassins and the fights with them, found those superior to last titles. Also found the story/writing better. Thought the city, like many of you noted, does feel empty, and less memorable than City. I never had performance issues. Played on Hard, and that difficulty seemed to me like Normal was in City, iirc.

I still couldn't manage to get the last achievement (50* combo, 15 variation ... ). Will work on that a bit, and still have Enigma left.

Yeah, Bane bug was a big WTF for me. So he was kicking my ass and I decided to restart from checkpoint, bugs ensured. First it went straight to the next phase, but I was still in the arena (not the prison cell area), restart, then it went to pre-second phase and NO GODDAMN weapons aside from batarangs, restart, then it showed me 2 movies and I died immediately Laughing. After the fifth restart I was finally able to beat him and proceed normally to the end. Now I'm fishing for the very last Enigma piece.

Still, I really did not expect such a buggy finish.

I've decided to stop playing it for a while until they fix their shit Very Happy ( Slade's disappearance in the middle of the boss fight was the last straw )

So, has anything got fixed? I mean, like, some major bugs maybe? Laughing

ok i have the rld version...downloaded from wbb update 2, so that maybe i can get into the damn burnley tower, and after exctracting and installing (copy-pasting that is) i lost(?) all my saves...did i do smthin wrong?
