Well what does bad mean? First of all you need good cards AND you have to know all the possibilities and what all cards do. THEN when you always win against good opponents you can call yourself good.
But winning with better cards or winning due to experience against bloody amateurs is fucking nothing!!

I'm having fun with the game, maining a shaman deck, up to one star master with 106 play mode wins and 28 wins in arena...my best run was 7 wins so far.
The game has some issues that's for sure...priests seem a bit overtuned so far in terms of what they have available to them through removal, healing, buffing etc, not to mention the cleric card draw stuff.
Matchmaking seems odd. I don't quite get unranked play yet, I go there to do dailies with decks I don't play much but compared to when I just started, I am definitely matched up against people that are clearly higher in rank. So I guess even in unranked you still get some kind of rating. It can be frustrating trying to win 5 games for a daily with a deck you didn't play at all or very little, when you increased your rating with your main deck through ranked play or just play period.
I can't comment on the AI...I found both the normal and expert AI to be reasonably good and not too difficult, tho some expert AI matchups can be harder than playing against real people. But the AI in this game is clearly just to get you introduced to the game, this game isn't meant to be played against the AI as it won't get you gold or anything useful really, so I understand if they didn't spend too much time on it. For what it is, it seems acceptable.
Overall fun game, I hope they add more cards - at least for Shaman I can see quite a few obvious ones missing. No healing available whatsoever? Where's my healing wave / earth shield / greater healing wave / riptide / healing tide totem stuff...anything? Where are my lightning shield / water shield, where is my purge? These are staple shaman things and yet they are missing. Ah well, still beta.

Yeah because arena means that you are pro 
If you are lucky with a good card deck then 7+ wins aren't that hard to do, hell even TB can do that
But whatever, why am i wasting my time with you

(oh wait, i don't even think this game has regions.. It's not showing in the client)
