Yeah only at 1x. But I don't know if your is some-486 computer that uses PIO mode or something to access HDs and Optical Drives, but modern computers nowadays at least have an Athlon XP/P4 (most games require this these days), or better processor and have modern HD's and DVD-Roms/RWs in it that support DMA or UDMA, so it should give no load on the processor at all (perhaps 2% to 3%) and if you have like 512 Meg Ram, you got more then enough to do other tasks (even gaming) on your machine while ripping it so whats the problem?

but you have to remove the Starforce drivers first cause if sf drivers are installed it will prevent the correct reading of the DPM. creating the clone from an USB drive is probably the best cause starforce can't touch the USB with theire fucking drivers .

I made also clone for splinter
But this time was a bit different (dont know why)
The steps for this clone are
1-Installed the game mounted at alcohol
2-Sfnightmare-disable node-disable cd-disable node-disable ch2 (which has my drives)
3-Sfcure-startup.bat
4-Played the game with key 2Q4....
So the wrong steps with this game may be mounting at dtools or not doing this also(disable node-disable ch2 )
