Does the game looks better on 360 ? I see very rough images on PS3 it does not have any install either reached the No Mans Land not expecting great visuals but it does not have the shiny look which 360 provides for most games , can someone give a feedback on PS3 vs 360

Its equally washed out on XB360 BUT its still a fun game..
Disk 2 is needed to be installed before you can start a SP campaign from disk one.
As said before, enjoying the variation and the missions are not overly long and so far not much QT stuff, its mostly you hands on.
To where I am there's been no squad swapping apart from using the dog but I'm not that far in. What's nice is that I'm looking forward to what is next to do where in BF4 I kind of just expect a little more of the same, I guess DICE's comments re not really being in to story telling are being shown which is a shame as SP campaigns should be fun.
Not every one is into online MP, its nice but you get too many arseholes and swearing small kids. My upstairs neighbours 10yr old is on COD all the time and its just a constant torrent of verbal abuse and screaming.
He needs to be attacked by the dog in Ghosts!!

Oh so i'll not get the 360 version PS3 version also saves me from install stuff which isn't in PS3 just start and play , thanks for the reply

AYE Battle Field 4 on xbox360 compared to this game looks like CRAP [from missing effects to totally different maps with low rez texutres],
but THIS it looks like the next gen version BUT with textures set to low , LOD set to medium and without AA .... but it is PASSABLE for a game out in 2013 released on xbox360 |

Agreed ! Was gonna say that, I was pleasantly surprised by CoD Ghosts, at least on PS3 ! I expected another BF4, but it sure looks good for a PS3 game, at least not worse than MW3/Black Ops 2.
It feels like the next gen version set to low yep, but still looks good.
Also the game runs at 60fps compared to BF4 at 30fps, which adds a lot to the experience. You can see they could have made it look even better and run it at 30fps but they chose 60fps + low rez, which I think is a better idea.
Also, for now, I think the single player campaigns shits all over BF4, and that includes the PC version of BF4 set to ultra. The game is a lot more fun than BF4 in single player, but that was expected for a CoD I guess.
For now, it plays better than Black Ops 2 also.
And the PS3 version looks better than Black Ops 2, probably running in a higher resolution, it looks less washed out.

ghosts on ps3 runs at 60 fps only if there is absolutely nothing happening, as soon as you start shooting around it drops to 40-45, and if there is a really big firefight, it can even drop below 30 to around 25 or so.
cod games never ran at clean 60 fps on ps3, only on 360.
also, even though AA is completely missing, the res still seems to be way below 720p, making it one of the jaggiest games i ever played on ps3.
other than that, it has some nice gfx for a current gen game thats also out on next-gen (unlike battlefield 4 like cyclonefr said), and it was a very fun 5-6 hour campaign with some great setpieces that made it feel like a first person uncharted.

The_Zeel : you surely didn't play BF4 or even AC4 ? They look a lot more jagged on PS3 than this game.

nope, i just saw what they looked like in videos, ghosts definitely looks alot better than bf4, but if you say that ac4 and bf4 are even jaggier, then fuck...that must be horrible.

Yep they are horrible.
I guess that's why I was more surprised than you after playing CoD Ghosts... since after playing BF4/AC4, I didn't expect anything from CoD either....

i was surprised as well, as i said the res may be low and the framerate not as smooth as it probably is on 360, but the gfx are obviously superior to current gen bf4.

Can I patch the iso so that it works on a xbox with an old firmware?
I think it's firmware that reads WAVE 2 games or something.
I've got a jtag too though but it would be nice to play this on LAN.

nope, just fw moded xbox, i already have completed the game, still don't know what was the issue of that glitch, but title update seemed to fix it
