As far as I know, Ubisoft confirmed that the Aveline Missions are exclusive to Playstation on consoles and PC as well, no Xbox at all and they recently said it's not a timed exclusive either - that the Aveline missions won't be coming to other platforms (PC excluded) in six months.
i thouth its little different that by these other platforms after those six months they mean xbox platforms and in case of PC its unknows as its still in deluxe uplay ed. from the start.
Guess we will see soon
I hate playing more than one game at once. Should I continue playing Batman: Arkham Origins or start playing Assassin's Creed 4?
Finish AO first?

Yeah, with Ubisoft's stark "will not come to other platforms" announcement yesterday, I'm wondering how this affects PC now as well - since it IS listed as an item in the deluxe edition. You're right, we'll just have to wait and see.
Im confused here there are two different types of puzzles one straight forward and one where you actually think and in one of them you get something to open Ma* door or something but where is that door where i need to place the keys or whatever im getting.
One funny thing I noticed is, when using Swivels whilst boarding, I have NO IDEA who's killing who. I fire at the ship and sometimes I see "-1 Crew" and I go..."Was that me..?" or do they really suck at battle...Hilarious if you can kill you crewmates, cuz I think that makes me a mass murderer.
I think we're meant to use swivels asap, before the crew even boards so you can shoot without risking the crews.
I still love my own method, driving to a close passage within an island, blocking the way with the Jackdaw and swimming, climbing up on those frigates, got 3 in a row like that, super awesome.
Only started playing last night, and so far I think it's great. Think I will buy this one to show support, but for next gen console. Game is so far way better than the tiresome third installment with its initial grinding. We have lively colors and some really nice cities, although nothing like Venice yet. Also don't understand some of the criticism in regards to graphics. I think it's one of the, if not the, best looking gazme in the series.
I also know there's a lot of naval battles to be expected, something I am looking forward to if they have further improved them from last game.
The only complaint I have, which probably is because I have GTA V fresh in mind, is that a lot of NPC:s aren't really doing anything. They just stand around.
Regardless, really looking forward to getting back home and playing more tonight.

Yeah, funny that you mention that, the first impression I had, when I got into the game, that even the people in the first Assassin's Creed were somewhat more livey, they had discussions, they were standing at the markets bought stuff etc. Maybe it's the memories. People in every other AC were livelier as well if I remember well.
Is there a easier way to get metal the naval is boring and some main missions require to fight level 40 ships
Unfortunately not. Even the map flotte part of the game, which is boring as hell (and Uplay online only) gets you only money, for the metal you have to grind naval missions.
i really like the "boarding" part of the game, the pirate shit.... i sometimes wander after man-o-wars and frigates for hours... At this point i don't even know what's the main plot anymore
im seriously hardcore addicted to this game, and i cant say that about any game in the last year, iv played 30 hours straight, and this coming from someone that thought AC3 was incredibly boring. I never even knew i liked pirate games till this, guess cuz theirs not a whole bunch.
only thing is, it doesn't remind me of any assassins creed, it seems like stealth doesnt even matter in this one, i remember throwing the controller in AC3 trying to get 100% memory sync on some of the missions, this game practically holds your hand, but im not complaining, completely entertaining, now i gotta try and finally sleep i feel like a zombie.

Holy shit 30 hours straight? That's hardcore
well exaggerating a little bit i would pause from time to time (1 hour breaks) but yea literally couldnt stop playing for a day and a half, cept today game is getting a little repetitive, i been doing sea battles over and over to get rum and sugar to sell, once i get back to missions im sure il be addicted again.
plus sooo pissed that you cant play the fleet mini game to gain money unless u sign into xbox live. seems like its very hard to make money in the game without selling supplies
