The multiplayer files would have been a 3GB extra download, I guess Reloaded just downloaded the singleplayer version and packed that up. Smile

Of course there's aim assist in the PC version, always been that way when you use a pad on the PC.

Nah, none of the MP modes work - even if they're MP with bots/etc - any attempt to load anything other than Campaign will dump the game and open the Ghosts page on Steam.

http://www.dsogaming.com/news/this-is-why-our-call-of-duty-ghosts-performance-analysis-is-postponed/

The texture settings do work though or at least for me they don't reset or anything weird like that.

This is with all textures at normal (water on low.)

This is with everything at high (water at high)

This is with everything at extra (water still on high since it doesn't go higher.)

The specular quality and normal map quality has a low preset as well but the base textures do not so I skipped that.

From normal to high there's a big difference nearly everywhere so it's easy to notice, however from high to extra it's less pronounced so you have to look carefully, specular reflection on the hand models for example or the text and scratches on the gun, ground textures too albeit vegetation is pretty difficult to compare.

It's more like the textures start out looking awful and the they kinda become more OK at the highest setting, you don't get uncompressed TGA 2048x2048 textures however so the game will look a bit poor texture wise even on the highest settings.

So wait... I wasn't able to change the texture settings due to crack/RAMfix/some kind of memory size detection that didn't allow my 1GB 6850 to change the texture size.
But even when you do... most textures look about the same?

Damn Laughing

Well you can see a clear difference between normal and high but you have to look closely to see the changes from high to extra.

I don't know what the texture changes are but I assume it's something like 512x512 on normal, 1024x1024 on high and then 1024x1024 on extra with some 2048x2048 textures for major objects.
(It's like the Skyrim high-resolution DLC, the textures are larger but you won't notice a big difference unless you do a comparison, especially with stuff that was already fairly detailed like weapons and armor.)

Yeah, just read you post a bit more carefully... nevermind Poker Face

Either way, My inability to change the textures was the least of what's wrong with this PoS.
Too bad that most of the issues we have experienced/are experienced will be ignored by major game sites because DERPSOLES! lol wut

Sad

Did anyone else have erratic mouse behaviour? Going from smooth to incredibly fast/slow and often based on the framerate? <60 drops (of which there were lots and lots and lots and lots due to the broken SLi profile forcing me to use one card) caused the game to stutter and hitch like crazy, along with some really funky mouse acceleration Neutral
