FasterGameShop not responding to my email, PayPal (not about the game) does the same. What the fuck? I want my old and broken credit card (which I don't have for a few months) removed from my paypal, but I caN't because I have the security measure stuff. I've emailed them twice through contact support and no answer! WHAAAAAAAAAAT THE HELL

Yup. I feel your pain. Had it done to me a few times, but paying with Paypal has always insured me of my money back  Their system is a PITA, yes, but with enough evidence, it always prevails 
Last case I had with them was 'Simshitty V', I proved it was shit, simple, they agreed, money back  (still feel bad about actually paying for that to this day lol) |
Well, unfortunately for me, Paypal just closed the case in fastergameshop's favor. 
40 euros down the drain.
edit: Spoke to paypal on the phone...apparently they do not protect digital goods. Which is written in their terms and conditions. Which means basically that because they can't prove I didn't receive the key, it being digital and all, they don't even process those cases.

Hello,
We have 1 good and 1 bad news.
Good one is Supplier will give new region free and multilanguage key.( Full Version )
Bad one is they will send it until Friday. If you dont want to wait until that time we can refund your money now.
If you want a refund please tell me your order ID.

edit I got paypal by phone and they said they do not accept dispute if its a digital item. thats why you've been thrown away

So I bought the game at nuuvem, It's region locked to Brasil. I activated it via Vpn and it was working just fine for a couple of days.
Now steam won't start the game any more because I'm not in the region, so I have to use vpn every time I want to start the game.
Is there anyway around this ?

seems I was lucky, I bought it in pre order on Nuuvem a couple of months ago with a friend, we both got our beta key, and official key later, no region lock or anything
but another friend wanted recently to do the same, and didn't work for him either now :/

Did anyone received a key yet? My order is "canceled" because of paypal dispute, so I'm not sure if I'd receive one without going through support (which is offline so far).

I have no order anymore, they send me first the beta key.. And on tuesday and yesterday they said i can expect the full game key today.. I've send 2 emails but still no answer...

Well I hope either way people get it sorted.
As I said in the spoiler it seems they were genially trying to resolve things (although the lying to Paypal was shitty, I suspect they did it to stop their account being closed, not that that is any justification I am just guessing that was their motive) I just hope everyone who bought a key either gets a working one or a refund.

I got a refund, but they've never answered to my emails about the refund. I think after a while everyone will get it refunded, since they can't get keys (or they can, but not with this price).
