I have only ever used Steam for virtual purchases, but I saw Anno 2070 complete on CJS Keys for £17.99 (it's £30-£40 on Amazon/Steam) so I bought it. Well the fecking keys do not work! I know I have entered them correctly etc. But no joy.
Anyone else used this company? If so are they ok with regards to refunds/new/different keys?

Are you using it in Uplay or Steam? Try the other one.

Uplay mate, as there are two keys and one states I already own the game, but the other states invalid key which I assume is the addon/DLC ( as I already have Anno 2070 main game linked to Uplay) therefore as Uplay actually recognises one of the keys I assume dit was a Uplay key. To be honest when the key was sent to me it did not specify if it was Steam or Uplay. just a crappy picture of a cd key.
Edit: Neither key is accepted on Steam.

Well i recently bought BF4 from them. It worked, try emailing them to see whats up.

I have mate, not had a reply as of yet (I don't expect one for a few days) pissed off though as this is the first time (apart from Steam) I have bought a game using this method.

Been using them for a year. Had one issue where a key was marked as steamkey when it was in fact retail. They gave me the key for free+refunded me.
It's a great site, just be patient they will in my experience help you to have a satisfied experience.

Thanks for the heads up. I hope they will help me. I did read up about them and other key sites before I bought it. It's probably Uplay's fault but we will see.

Just had a useless reply off of them:
'The activation code we send you is for the retail version of the game. It is for use with the game installer. You will need the game installation files to activate our key with. You can use our key with any retail game disc or downloaded ISO image. It is a legal game key and will authenticate with the official authentication servers. '
Do they think I don't know I need the actual game files to install it ?

I'm partial to g2play myself. I've been buying games from them all year and the only issue I had was they sent a key an hour late once lol.

Hmm, but it says directly on the game you bought
"Product Description
This item is a genuine activation code for Anno 2070 Complete Edition. It is an unused CD Key taken directly from a brand new and unused game box.
This game can be downloaded legally using the Ubisoft Download Manager."
This is not a steam key. It's for uplay OR physical retail or pirate copy.
