they said to me its refunded also but i havent seen anything to my credit card yet. maybe they say and dont do anythign to all. just say this to avoid emails and things ill call my credit card company to see and keep updated

How can they return money to my credit card when it's a MasterCard? As far as I know, only VISA can receive funds...

That's what they wrote on my Paypal dispute as well. In the end it didn't matter, since Paypal don't cover digital goods. Anyway, at this point in time, I think we all should just accept the fact we were cheated and go on with our lives.

So vpn everytime it is then, Is there any kind of danger when doing things like that, like you account gets suspended ?

I replied to you asking before run steam in offline mode this should work.

No unfortunately steam offline mode does not work with this game |
Then your doing something wrong because even in FM2014 manual it states the game works fine in offline mode.
Football Manager™ 2014 will need Internet access for its activation process because Steam is a network-based platform. FM2014 customers that do not want Steam to connect to the Internet can launch the Steam client in 'Offline Mode' after installation. Internet access after installation of the game will only be needed to apply game patches or Steam updates, play online games or use any of the uploading features included in FM2014.
To set Steam to Offline Mode, please follow these instructions:
Start Steam whilst being connected to the Internet. Make sure that the "Remember my password" box on the login window is checked.
Verify that all game files are completed updated and that there are no current downloads on Steam ('View' -> 'Downloads').
Launch the game(s) you would like to play offline to verify that there are no further updates to download. Shut the game(s) down and return to Steam once you have confirmed that the game(s) can be played.
Go to 'Steam' -> 'Settings' and ensure that the "Don't save account credentials on this computer' option is NOT selected.
Click on the top left 'Steam' menu and select 'Go Offline'.
Select 'Restart in Offline Mode'. This will restart the Steam client and it will no longer connect to the Internet when it is launched.
If you would like to reconnect Steam to the Internet in the future to download game updates, activate new products or play multiplayer modes on your games, please select 'Go Online' from the top left 'Steam' menu.
