SLI scaling is said to be a bit low at the moment (Apparently around 50 to 60% on each card only.) so you'll probably get even better framerates once Nvidia updates their drivers.
(Shadows could go to "(soft) very high" and AO to "HBAO+" but otherwise I think you've enabled everything.)

For double GTX780? Yes, I'd say yes. Even taking into account what JB said.
Also, these GFX glitches are very annoying:

Try actual VPN then, may be they detect proxy usage.

Aye, I can confirm that - on average the scaling is 50-60% on both cards but it can, rarely, jump up to 80%

It is. And yet AC4 graphics doesn't justify 50-60 fps on this rig. At all.

Why you guys even use 4xMSAA (especially with 1440p), that is the most taxing thing to do after SSAA, i dont even consider those settings as "maxed out", they are just extras, SMAA does insanely good job (custom one can even make game look better with better colors if done properly).

This comment reminds me of one site early release of Mass Effect with protected Galaxy map with some crap DRM, these kind of comments were flooding the internet back in those days, i dont miss them.
ProTip: Wait for scene release. = Release date +- few days.

They never create in the first place.
Settings that are saved over the options file (the one we use to unlock bonus content) restore after you close the game as there is no actual options file created.
Progress doesn't save as again there is no actual file created at all.

Well. To be expected I suppose. I'm getting 25 FPS with every single setting on low or off. All on whopping 1400x900.
