The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
Elizabeth quite often blocks the way if you find yourself in a small confined space and you have to waste a minute or two making her move
Didn't happen in the original.
And now I got totally stuck because the fucking mechanism on the door keeps rotating and I can't do shit. The door behind me is closed(it closes the moment you activate the mechanism on the next door), the door in front of me just doesn't open. And I don't even remember when I had a checkpoint last time
When these morons realize this is a fucking PC game and get rid of checkpoint only save system, motherfucking cunts.
I had to reload the last checkpoint and I lost sh1tload of items, upgrades.. This is fraking ridiculous and a total disrespect of PC gaming community and PC traditions( absence of a proper save system)
it is almost 4 a m. and I'm going to bed having murderous thoughts ,yeah.
I don't understand why you ppl like this game. Just started the main game, what is this faggot story ? No seriously, what in the name of fuck is going on ? Nothing makes sense to me or persuades me that this is a living world.
Also, mouse sensitivity is retarded, on the lowest setting it's too low, if I increase it one step, it's too fast. I have disabled acceleration.
And what about that FOV ? Holy SHIT, can't even walk around properly, it feels zoomed in.
Combat seems as mediocre and unsatisfying as the previous games, think I'm gonna uninstall this, waste of my time/bandwidth.

Agreed this game is imo very overrated, hell i even bought it
got to agree with a few comments,i think this 3rd instalment of Bioshock has been nowhere near on par with the first two games so Im hoping that going back to rapture brings something back to the series.
Finished this first episode, it was good. (had to use the fast line at work to download it with my ninja skills). I visited every area, listened to every audiolog, observed every minor character, and it took me around ~3 hours.
It's pretty much what I expected, a Bioshock Infinite with the atmosphere of the first Bioshock. The attention to details throughout the levels is amazing, but keep in mind that if you didn't like Infinite, you won't like this one either since the gameplay and "cinematicness" are left unchanged. Guns are the same too (except for one) and plasmids replace vigors, though you never have too much time to test different tactics since the combat parts are quite easy and "quick" to resolve.
Aside for the length and sense of deja-vu (which isn't necessarily a bad thing for who -like me- thoroughly enjoyed Infinite), this DLC is a great addition. Pretty interesting story-wise too, since provides the player with a different perspective and ends with a surprise..
The only downside is, dat cliffhanger!

You think Bioshock 2 was better than Infinite? Okay.
I'm visiting everything i see - watching the little movies - searching every corner and already have about 1.5 h gameplay and i just started shooting part

BioShock Infinite through GameAgent is a Steam Play game. So this purchase is good for both Mac and PC in Steam. Deal expires 11:59pm CST, Sunday, November 17.
Did anybody have problems trying to run this RLD release? The original game did work fine on my rig but after installing this update with the two DLCs I can no longer start it. The screen gets black, in the right upper corner there is the symbol for "loading" blinking, then the symbol disappears and the screen stays completely black - nothing happens.
Switching to the task Manager shows that the exe did not crash. I also get no Windows message ala "Bioshock.exe is no longer working" or something like that... it simply does not work, but I have no idea why, since the original cracked BioshockInfinte (with the small patch1) did work without any problem (I finished the game)
Another thing I noticed is that this 8870 folder where the Steam emulation does save the config data is being created so the exe seems to initialize correctly. I tried to change some settings in the BaseEngine.ini but no sucess.
Any suggestions? (the bad thing I can not even re-install the original game since I lost the original setup images in an external hd crash...)
