Am I the only one who dont have sp2 installed? I didnt like the first brothers game, thought it was a tad boring and a little on the low quality side.
If it was a game I really wanted to play, unplugging my drive would be no issue.

For those who are asking, this one is exactly the same as the first one, so if you didnt like the first one, this one is not for you.
How's the MP? Is it the same boring crap like in the first one and they finally understand that people dont want to play with bot?

*MAVERICK* |
Yes the usb-trick does still works, but you have to pull out the cable on your ide DVD or Cd-drive if the game uses Sf 3.5.xx.xx or higher. If you dont do that Sf will ask you to put disc into another drive!

Is it possible to play the game by just disabling CD/DVD drives instead of disconnecting them?

No, because of the the StarForce 3.6..
BTW, that was kinda stupid question to ask because it says right in the NFO: "..you also need to disconnect cables from your cd/dvd drives, because SFNightmare can't hide them for this starforce version anymore.."

It is a good bit "above and beyond"...got to draw the line somewhere...opening up the computer and unplugging shit is just about where I draw it.
I'll wait. Or grab it out of a bargain bin one day. |
Absolutely! Forget hardware mods to run a game.
In fact, forget the game if it is not cracked - bargin bin or not. I refuse to play a game - retail included - that doesn't have a crack. Who wants to be treated like a dog by developers and made to fetch a DVD? Not me.

Are these MiRROR releases burnable?... I mean to burn for later use, like when new Daemon Tools or crack comes out?.... I don't want to go to all the trouble to run them but would like to have them ready when a real solution comes out!

SFcure and SFNIghtmare are free tools for everyone. They are required to run games released by Mirror.
Daemon Tools, Alcohol, different burning softwares are required to run games released by Reloaded, Deviance etc. They didnt create these programs also, so basically they just took some1s work.
I dont see any difference here

I'm gonna wait for DT4 to play this game. The last time that burning stuff didn't work on other SF games. Also not in the mood to disconnect my cd player

I just saw that there is also a SFclone CD version. I am just wandering the DVD is over 4 Gig in size en the CD version only 2.7 Gig in total. Why is there a difference? I hope not that the CD version is a rip version
