I guess you mean what happens @ 1:30. Yeah, that reminds me of the UAV in BC2 which was being used to take down choppers but iirc that got fixed with a patch? Anyways, they should nerf the speed of that thing, I think that's what would make it really overpowered. In the end though, I think it will be a very useful tool against those annoying lazy snipers.

Now i can play BF4 at work 
That thing isn't meant against vehicles, so no, I don't think it will one shoot choppers. Seems a good addition to me, especially considering the long reload time.
