one part of me wants to play this game, another part says " just leave it, its a POS"
i'm starting to hear my other side now....
Bf4 for is a honky pile of doo doo...
Dice have ruined the battlefield series with this one, i've never been so disappointed with a battlefield release....
sad times....
specially as the only games that kept my interest were dayz and bf3 / bf4...
might go back to bf3 again and see how that feels.

Right, beside net code bugs what's wrong with bf4 in your opinion?

spawn points seem fubar... number of times i spawn at point taken by our squad, and get insta killed.... spawning on squadmates is basically suicide as i die a good 80% of the time whereas in bf3 i surived at least the first 5-10 seconds...
gun play seems more call of duty.... not as skill based as bf3.
maps which have many vehicles basically renders infantry play near pointless from the sheer amount of damage that goes on...
you run around getting pwned from halfway across the map..
i loved 1942... bf2 was fun, bc2 was great.... bf3 was fantastic.... bf4 for me has so many things that just feel plain wrong playing it.
i havent figured out what it is... but playing the same server on two map rotations, the first netting me a good 30-10 kd ratio, the second getting me 1 - 20 (despite knowing the map) tells me something isnt right...
it could be that i just suck and am getting old, or maybe im too used to bf3 still? i dont know but there is something during gameplay which makes learning the game and finding your average skill very very difficult to achieve...
it isnt fps because i get a good 60fps locked now... maybe its my mouse sensitivity or something..
anyway i rambled on and didnt give many proper reasons, point being i'm not sure what it is yet but i certainly dont like it.

In BF3 you had a few seconds of invulnerability after spawning. Now it's not needed because you have a camera. I would suggest using it.

Still sucks if your view is black for at least a second
Easiest fix is to remove the black screen and give about 2 seconds of invulnerability

Probably because the world is loading, it would look fugly. Sometimes when I first enter server and spawn, I see really low res textures everywhere..it's still loading.

I doubt there's spawn protection, I've been killed on the spot a couple of times in recent games.
My biggest annoyance at this time is that EMP or whatever effect. It physically makes my eyes hurt, so I hope they get rid of that asap.
There must have been a door there in the wall, when I came in.
Truly gone fishing.

There is spawn protection, 100% sure. I think 1-2 seconds max.
PC: Yes. Console: No.
