visuals in this game are all over the place. sometimes it looks beautiful and other times (most times) looks dated. Sad

To force triple buffering on in a DirectX game though you'll need something like D3Doverrider. The setting in the nvidia console only works on OpenGL games.

triple buffering is only relevant when you use vsync. so if you don't use vsync forcing it won't make any difference.

Ah, this I'm interested in too.

Im playing atm with 3dmv 3 crack

Although I have to say every time I log into uplay with every intention to buy AC4 deluxe edition , online only fleet mechanic instantly comes to mind and I log off with disgust. Very Happy


Well I've got hotfix 1 and latest 3dm crack and it still doesnt run as well as reloaded. Haven't measured the fps as I only had time to try it before work, but theres a difference. Will try numbers when I finish work.

works similar to brotherhood mechanic in ACB and ACR - offers pretty much more money and some additional gear

I read that 3DM's saves won't work with reloaded's version because of a different file structure or something. So I guess it's safe to assume that 3DM's will not work with a legit copy.

Does the latest crack for 3DM's come with black island DLC?

Also i've seen ppl use different methods for the saves.ini file for options. Can anyone confirm the proper options in the saves.ini?

the savegames work you have to put the cracked dll from 3dm in the main folder and it will create a folder for the saves. copy your saves in this folder and it works. For reloaded version, you have to delete the steam_api.dll aswell.

for the saves.ini take the last crack (V9) it works fine and you have the choice to activate ou desactivate the cheat dlc in the saves.ini :

Is there a way to make uplay recognize the already downloaded files (all legit)?

I installed ac4 on another pc and now I want to move it to another.

edit: figured it out, save as .reg and edit the install dir

lol i reached top 7 most feared pirates yesterday! i have no idea what it means but i felt my e-peen grow to enormous size Laughing



i like the game, i cant shit on it in any way, but thats just prolly cause its PIRATES!

if you look at it as a new AC game then maybe it isnt THAT good

but look on it as a new pirate game its the best out there ALL TIME

Hooked my PC to my HDTV, sitting on couch with controller = dat next-gen couch experience Very Happy. Performance is very good compared to AC III (Boston was horrible), recorded some gameplay from first city (just running around).

Settings were 1080p, 4xMSAA, all settings maxed out (there is Fraps fps counter). Youtube rapes quality tho.

So after i install the "reloaded" release i copy the crack files but dlc's are still locked? Do i just copy over the v9 crack file or do i need to do anything else in order to activate the dlc's? thnx
