What DLC folders do you have inside your game's folder, please? And also the contents of those folders too.

I think I have it, check your PM for the Sewers files.
Rage/common/rage/dlc/dlc1/info.txt >>>> Anarchy Edition with the Fists/Buggy/Shotgun. I don't have the legitimate Anarchy DLC for my legit RAGE, but adding DLC1\info.txt works perfectly nonetheless. Here's the contents of info.txt for Anarchy;

9240 is Anarchy Edition and 9241 is Wasteland Sewers. You'd think 9242 would be Scorchers, but Scorchers is 209460 and there's even ANOTHER one in the SteamDB, unnamed but has the id 209469.

Finally got the Anarchy Edition from retail, installed all fine etc, but now now matter if I apply tweaks or not, I get the most horrible performance EVER, last time when I played the ISO demo, was running just fine with over 50FPS all over the fucking time, now...I have like 5FPS, textures takes a while to load etc...
Well, WHAT, THE, FUCK? The only thing that changed since then is the windows, I was on Win7x64, now I'm on Win8x64, but I doubt this fucks the game so much...
Anyone in similar position or any ideas? FUCK.

It's fucking Cenega, they have some exclusivity deals with Bethesda, which makes the games unavailable from other retailers in Poland, Czech Rep. and Slovakia IIRC.

Surprisingly yes, it adds quite a large "mission" chain with half a dozen quests to the game - ones that add new areas too - though it's only really good for the first play at the start, as it would be too easy if you do it near the end when you're all kitted out. Oh and it adds two more Mutant Bash TV plays but they're not as fun as the original.

I am on the fence in buying this. I mainly like strategy games for replayability but I like id games for the guns and shoot em ups.
How does this work on NVidia cards (more specifically 660 ti) and are there any known technical issues that haven't been fixed?

No problems with my 570, most of the teething issues regarding performance and streaming have been straightened out - you can sometimes catch a texture or two streaming in if you pan the camera quickly but it's rare and certainly not common.
